Only written agreements are valid. Any changes to these agreements are only considered valid in case received in written by the seller.
Protection of personal data
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to query, access, modify, oppose and rectify the personal data about you. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you agree that we collect and use this data for the realization of this contract.
By entering your email address on the website www.quickmeuble.com, you will receive emails containing information and promotional offers concerning products published by the Company and its partners.
You can unsubscribe at any time. All you have to do is click on the link at the end of our emails.
Sizes and colors:
The colors on your computer screen may differ slightly from the real color. Therefore, you can order a sample per E-mail. We will send you an original colour per post.
The dimensions are taken on the external dimensions: doors, feet, socle and casters included. The size of the handles is not included.
The customer is solely responsible for all measurements taken and ordered.
The dimensions are in mm and have a tolerance of + or -3mm in all three dimensions (width, height, depth.)
QUICKMEUBLE reserves the right to change the proposed colors or options on his internet site at any time and without further notice.
Price:
Our prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including 7.6% VAT, net and without discount. The payment can be made by credit card or Bank transfert. The costs for shipping and assembly are indicated separately and vary depending on the size and the quantity of the furniture you ordered.
Terms of delivery:
The costs for delivery and assembly are shown separately when ordering.
QUICKMEUBLE chooses the transportation companies.
QUICKMEUBLE can not be held responsible for delayed or wrong shipments due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
The costs for packing and transportation are calculated optimally for each shipment. The delivery delay of 30 – 40 working days is generally respected for small quantities (approximatelly less than 5 pieces of furniture). This period counts from the date of our order confirmation.
QUICKMEUBLE can not be held responsible for non-performance or delayed performance of contract in case of force majeure, including cases of natural disaster, war, strike, unavailability of suppliers or service providers.
In case of late delivery, the buyer has the right to request cancellation of the contract, but only if the expected date of delivery is exceeded by one month at least. The buyer has to notify his decision with registered letter to:

In this case, the buyer can request the refund of his payment, excluding any interest or compensation whatsoever.
In case of full or partly strikes at the manufacturers, one of the suppliers or transportation companies, as well as a prohibition of production or imports exempts the seller from the delivery date.
Returns, exchanges, claims:
As the furniture is manufactured especially for the customer, it can not be returned or exchanged. In case of obvious defects, please announce them per e-mail, fax or letter within 8 days of receipt. Articles containing a defect are not reimbursed, but replaced.
Obvious defects are e.g. errors in the dimension, material or colour which do not meet the specifications of the client (slight variations in the tones of colours must be accepted).
Reserves:
QUICKMEUBLE.CH disclaims any liability for accidents and the consequences that could decline if used furniture in inappropriate conditions. QUICKMEUBLE reserves at all times the right to replace or change the types of options for the furniture, without notice.
Geneva/Swiss law applies :
Regardless of the place of delivery it is Geneva court that applies. All parties declare that they recognize Geneva jurisdiction in case of any disputes that may arise.
Materials:
We propose three types of materials for the panels:
Melamine particleboard: 36 colours (wood imitation, decor, colour)
MDF: 5 colours.
3 ply fir: 1 quality.
The faces are finished with 2mm PVC, in the same color as the rest of the surface.
All of the panels are 19mm: basic box, doors, the back and the shelves. This goes for all materials (particlboards, MDF, 3 ply fir).
Assembly:
The assembly of the product is made by the customer or by the delivery company (must be selected and paid with your order).
You can adjust the horizontal shelves every 32mm. The vertical separations are fix and cannot be adjusted individually.
